Student Achievement

Each year, St. Paul the Apostle School must submit an annual report to the state of Iowa reporting student achievement in grades 4 and 8. The percentage of students in the grades 4 and 8, in the Fall of 2004, who meet or exceed the State of Iowa standard (above 4Oth percentile) in Reading and Mathematics, based on ITBS National Percentile Ranking. It's clear to see, that our students are exceeding these requirements.

Math: The percentage of fourth grade students scoring in the medium and high categaory on the ITBS will increase by 3.5%.

Reading: The percentage of sixth grade students scoring in the medium and high categaory on the ITBS will increase by 3%.

Science: The percentage of seventh grade students scoring in the medium and high categaory on the ITBS will increase by 2%.
