St. Paul’s Before and After School Program

Before and After School

The St. Paul’s Before and After School Program is a quality, collaborative, school-age program that provides before and after school experiences that are fun, self-guided, creative, and safe.  This program meets all guidelines of the Department of Education and the State of Iowa.

Hours of Operation:

7:00 am to 8:00 am and 3: 15 pm to 6:15 pm on all days that school is in session.  Hours are extended to 7:00 am to 6:15 pm on In-Service, Late Start, and Early Out days.

Fees and Payment Options:

“Unlimited Family Care Pass”:  For use up to four hours per day, five days per week (including late starts and early outs) and full days for four in-service days.  This option is payable via electronic transfer, $280 per month for ten months (August – May).  Registration should be completed by July 15 to facilitate the electronic transfer set-up in August.  This is an average cost of $1.17 per hour based on a family of three.

“Unlimited Extended Care Pass”:  For use up to four hours per day, five days per week (including late starts and early outs) and full days for four in-service days.  This option is payable via electronic transfer, $160 per month for ten months (August – May).  Registration should be completed by July 15 to facilitate the electronic transfer set-up by August.  This is an average cost of $2.00 per hour.

“The 40-Hour Pass”:  The fee is $ 130.00 ($ 3.25 per hour for 40 hours) and must be purchased in advance.  This serves as a punch card and will be punched on the days of use.

“The 20-Hour Pass”:  The fee is $ 65.00 ($ 3.25 per hour for 20 hours) and must be purchased in advance.  This serves as a punch card and will be punched on the days of use.
