Our Parish Charities

St. Paul the Apostle is a Generous Parish. We take 8% of our parish envelope income and share with our Parish Charities. Here is an accounting of our Charity work (July 1, 2008 to June 30, 2009):

Stewardship is a
Way of Life for the
parish community of
St. Paul the Apostle.

We return a portion of our
time, talent and treasure to
a generous God. As our
parish shares a percentage
of its income with the
parish and its ministries, so
does our parish take a
certain percentage of our
income to share with our
parish charities:

St. Paul’s Works (1.5%)
Churches United CareLINK
(1.5%)

Embracing Our Future
(Preschool thru 12th
Grade, Scott County
Catholic Schools), (1%)

St. Paul’s Charity Fund
(4%)
(various groups seek
grants from this fund.)

Our Diocesan collections,
Altar and Rosary Society
dues and DCCW dues are
paid by grants from our
St. Paul Charity Fund.
